History and Goal

Sh. Radhe Shyam Poddar, Mr. Gopal Poddar, and Mr. Neeraj Poddar oversee the group, which was founded in 1995. Mr. Radhe Shyam Poddar co-founded M/s. Ludhiana Bottling Company in 1962 as a franchise of M/s. Parle Exports, Mumbai, to bottle Gold Spot, Limca, Thums up, and Maaza. Under his capable leadership, it became the fourth plant in India to introduce Coca-Cola in the Ludhiana area in 1994.

Our goal is to supply our customers with world-class quality beverages (fruit drinks, carbonated drinks, carbonated fruit drinks, and packed drinks water) and processed fruits (mango puree, guava puree, and so on) at the most competitive price possible. We aim to create new generation drinks in response to the demands of new generation customers.

Future Growth Plans and Progress Record

The group is currently constructing a plant at Chittoor (A.P.) in South India, where we have recently established a facility to process fruits such as guava, mango, and grapes into pulp, puree, and other products. The highly admired range of items includes Fruit Bite Mango Drink, Nata De Coco Litchi Drink, etc.

Over the last few years, the group has been gradually increasing at a compounded annual rate of 30 to 35 percent, and it has a proven track record of generating world-class indigenous beverages and adding the most demanding and renowned consumers to its list.

Management Team

Asian Lakto Industries Limited is a public limited company led by seasoned executives with extensive experience in many industries and areas. The Board of Directors, which is made up of skilled and experienced individuals, is in charge of overall management. Our Board currently has five directors, three of whom are non-executive directors and two of whom are executive directors (MD and WTD). Neeraj Poddar, Managing Director (Executive): Mr. Neeraj Poddar has held management positions at other sister companies for a number of years and has contributed to the achievement of the organizations common goals. The Managing Director of the company is Mr. Neeraj Poddar. He is a person with boundless energy and dynamism, as well as a keen capacity to make business decisions. He brings a wealth of business knowledge with him. Mr. Neeraj Poddar holds a postgraduate degree in Higher Education from Punjab University. His strong determination, extensive knowledge and experience in the field of business, and entrepreneurial talents are projected to be extremely valuable in identifying prospective growth plans and initiatives for business expansion.

Pragya Poddar, Whole Time Director (Executive): Mrs. Pragya Poddar has been in management positions at other sister businesses for a few years and has been contributing to the achievement of the organizations common goals. Mrs. Pragya Poddar is the companys Full-Time Director. She is a person with boundless energy and dynamism, as well as a keen ability to make business decisions. Mrs. Pragya Poddar earned her bachelors degree from Punjab University. Her strong tenacity and entrepreneurial talents will be extremely useful in identifying prospective growth programs and strategies for business expansion.

Satish Kumar, Director (Non Executive): Mr. Satish Kumar has extensive experience in a variety of fields. He has excellent management skills and five years of experience. He is qualified and capable of holding the current job and providing useful services to the Company and balanced work execution. He has a broad perspective that will aid the Company in becoming more powerful.

Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Independent Director: Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, 45, is our Companys Independent Director. He is a postgraduate with over a decade of experience. In his independent position, he adds perspective to the commercial activity. He also plays a key role in increasing the transparency of the business in its business activities and disclosures.

Mr. Aravind Prasad, Independent Director: Mr. Aravind Prasad, 31, is an Independent Director of our company with 7 years of accounts and sales experience, as well as a broad range of knowledge and experience in the trade industry. He has extensive experience in filing and maintaining statutory documents as required by the Companies Act and other legislation, making him qualified to lead and manage the boards operations.
